Things to know before renting a car with OnCarus
- The minimum rental period is 1 day, you will be charged for 1 day even if you return the car earlier than 24 hours.
- For long-term rentals (over 10 days) you can enjoy a discount!
- Delivery and pick-up time is between 09:00 and 18:00
A €400 security deposit is required at pick‑up, payable by cash or credit card.
All drivers must provide us with all required original documents and meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 23 years old
- Present a valid identification ID (Passport)
- Present a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years
We don’t charge extra for an additional driver!!
- All drivers must be physically present at the pick-up of the vehicle – no exceptions!!
- All drivers must present their driver’s license and passport.
- All drivers must sign the agreement!
Basic insurance covers third‑party liability. Without Premium Protection, renters remain fully liable for the full value of the vehicle (€30,000). The extra option Premium Protection reduces this liability to €10,000.
