Things to know before renting a car with OnCarus
- The minimum rental period is 1 day, you will be charged for 1 day even if you return the car earlier than 24 hours.
- For long-term rentals (over 10 days) you can enjoy a discount!
- Delivery and pick-up time is between 09:00 and 18:00
- The security deposit is a fixed amount of 400€.
- The security deposit can be paid in cash or with credit card.
All drivers must provide us with all required original documents and meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 23 years old
- Present a valid identification ID (Passport)
- Present a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years
We don’t charge extra for an additional driver!!
- All drivers must be physically present at the pick-up of the vehicle – no exceptions!!
- All drivers must present their driver’s license and passport.
- All drivers must sign the agreement!
What is the damage excess?
When renting with OnCarus, you are responsible for the full value of the car (€30,000) if it is damaged or stolen, unless you purchase Premium Protection*.What insurance is included?
Your rental includes Third‑Party Liability (unlimited for bodily injury and property damage) and Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) for drivers and passengers.How can I reduce my liability?
By adding *Premium Protection (€20/day), your liability is reduced to €10,000 and you’re covered for tire and windshield damage.
