NO, your rental includes unlimited free Mileage/kilometers.
Yes, when you pick up the vehicle, you will need to pay a refundable security deposit of 300€ IN CASH. Credit and/or debit cards are not accepted!
We have a “Full to Full” policy regarding the fuel use of our cars. We deliver the vehicle with a full tank, it is the customer responsible for refueling the used fuel before returning the vehicle. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, we will charge 2€/liter to cover the missing fuel. This amount will be deducted from the cash Security deposit.
Please note that you can only cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the pick-up date. No refunds are available for cancelations made within 48 hours of the pick-up date. Bookings made less than 48 hours before the pick-up date cannot be canceled.

Changes or additions to your booking within 48 hours of your pick-up date will not be accepted. No refund will be given.
A maximum grace period of 30 minutes will be granted (excepted from this ruling are any late pick-ups that result from a delayed flight arrival if a flight number is mentioned in the booking). In case of delay, reservations will be held for 29 minutes from the specified reservation time, after which they will be classed as a no-show.
This deposit will be used in case of loss or damage to the vehicle or equipment (like keys) during the term of this car rental agreement to cover all or part of the cost of necessary repairs or replacements. Or in case of missing fuel when the vehicle is returned, see our fuel policy.
The Excess is the amount that you are liable to pay if your rental car is damaged or stolen.
If you have a Collision Damage Waiver, Theft Waiver and Third Party Liability included in your booking, there will most likely still be an excess. In these cases, the excess is the amount you are liable for if there is damage or theft to the rental car during your rental.
When you go to pick up your car, the car rental company will place a hold of funds for the excess amount on the main driver’s credit card as a deposit in case of damage. This hold will be removed when the car is returned with no new damage, but the amount could take a few days to be available in your account.
In the event your rental car is damaged or stolen during your rental period, the amount needed to cover this will be taken from your held excess funds. This amount will not be refunded if you have only chosen Limited insurance cover.

The excess amount will be determined by the rental company and can vary according to where you live, your destination, your age and the type of vehicle you’re renting. If your rental vehicle is damaged during your rental period, you’re liable to pay the excess amount to cover the cost of damage and repairs. However, if you purchase an Excess Reimbursement policy, this will reimburse the excess you paid in the event of damage occurring, as well as including a wide range of additional benefits*.

The car rental company will typically take a security deposit on your credit card, if your vehicle is damaged or stolen they will deduct the Excess amount from your deposit.
You can purchase an Excess Reimbursement insurance policy – with this cover you will be refunded your excess in the event of a claim and also includes a wide range of additional benefits*. If applicable to you, this can be purchased through the Manage Booking section of our website.

While we guarantee that you will receive a car in the same category that you booked, we cannot guarantee the exact make or model. This means that you can trust that the car you receive will have the same type of transmission, number of doors, and passenger and bag capacity that is displayed at the time of booking and printed on your voucher.
We will endeavour to provide you with the requested make/model, however, the exact car model you will receive will depend on availability in the rental supplier’s fleet at the time of collection.
