Description

The Toyota Hilux can handle any off-road adventure. With this vehicle, you can discover Boa Vista with no hassle! You have plenty of room to bring your kiting equipment | Surfing -or Paddleboard and have fun at the beach.

The car has a damage excess of 1500€. Please ensure that you have the excess amount available on your card when you pick up the car.

Important Information

Getting the vehicle

We usually prefer to deliver and collect the vehicle at the airport Rabil. We always ask you to provide us with your flight information, so we can make sure we will be at the airport before the scheduled time.

Deliver & Collecting fee

We will only charge an extra delivery fee of 15€ if we have to deliver or collect the vehicle at any other location than the airport or the main bus stop in Sal Rei.

Mileage / Kilometers

Your rental includes an unlimited number of free kilometers/ miles.

Fuel Policy

We deliver the vehicle with a full fuel tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, we will charge 2€/liter to cover the missing fuel.

Security deposit

We require a security deposit of 300€ in cash when delivering the car. This deposit will be returned in cash after the vehicle is returned and, if all conditions are fulfilled.

Driver(s)

When the customer makes the booking he will provide us with the name and family name of the primary driver. To be able to be registered as a driver this person has to meet to following:

Identification

Every driver has to present legal identification (Passport or EU-ID) upon picking up the vehicle.

Driver license an age requirements

Every driver has to have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years. The minimum age requirement is 21 years.

Signing rental documents

Every driver has to be present when picking-up the vehicle to sign the rental documents.

The addition of extra drivers is free of charge!

The second driver has to be present at the pick-up to be able to meet all of the above requirements.

Insurance

Damage Excess 1500€

The main driver (client) must be in possession of a Credit Card in their own name when picking up the car. The Card must have enough available funds to cover the excess amount (which will be blocked on the Card for the duration of the rental).

Responsabilidade Civil por terceiros FECHAR

Basic insurance includes unlimited coverage on bodily injury to persons other than the driver and on property damage to anything other than the rented vehicle.

Seguro de Acidentes Pessoais (PAI)FECHAR

This covers the bodily injuries of authorized drivers and passengers.

Not included - Damages

Loss/theft/damage of keys, antennas, jacks, safety triangles and vests, windshield wipers, gas caps, luggage covers, or other fixed or movable components of the vehicle. We are not liable for the loss/theft/damage of personal belongings in the car, during or after the rental

Tire protection 5€/day

In case of a flat tire, there will be no extra costs to you.

Road assistance 6€/day

When you are stock offroad, we come and tow you away without extra costs.
